Framing projects: photos and video from Sydney sites
These are our own frames, photographed on site. Blue treated pine studs and plates, red and yellow LVL beams, strap and sheet bracing, and slabs swept clean. No stock images. We add to this page as jobs come off the tools, so what you see is what a Zakariya Woodworks frame looks like the day it is handed over.
Builders looking at these should notice the things that matter at frame stage: plates running straight, studs lined, beams landed on their bearing points, joists blocked and trimmed. Homeowners should notice that the site is tidy and the frame is square, because that is what makes the rest of the build easier.

Upper floor frame with red LVL beamsLooking up at the first-floor walls from the ground. The red LVLs are the beams carrying the loads the engineer drew. The blue is treated pine framing, plumbed and braced. -
Wall frames and joists on a slab, from aboveStraight down the length of the frame. Joists across the top plates, a yellow LVL running through the middle, and the slab swept underneath. -
